In 2013, building and running the Beach Resort (1894 acres) started as a family project.
The land has a size of 8960 sqm and is located directly at the coast with a distance of a 50 m walk to the ocean.
As it is located in a dead end zone, due to the adjacent lagoon, besides from people going to the small church nearby or visiting the beach on weekends, it is a quiet and peaceful area.

The 10 bungalows (single or double, with different sizes from 39 sqm up to 115 sqm, all equipped with AC, Fan, Hot Water, Bathroom and Veranda) are arranged around the pool but still offer privacy due to the spacious garden around.

Other highligts of the property are the mangrove trees in the front yard and a spacious tree house with ocean- and sunset-view, a little island with chill-out swing on it or a fun pool with waterfall.
